Bangladesh-China Renewable Energy Company (Pvt.) Limited (BCRECL) is a Joint Venture of NWPGCL and CMC, China, where NWPGCL a state-owned power and electric company in Bangladesh. It is an enterprise of the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB). BCRECL has identified a potential site to develop an aggregate capacity of 60MW solar Park project at Sujanagar Upazila under Pabna District. This project will meet the national renewable energy plan of Bangladesh as outlined in the National Renewable Energy Policy 2008 and will also serve a potential path to avail the RE benefits towards sustainable development of the country.
